Strategy
Cogwheel excels at controlling the battlefield from a distance. Use his Mortar to soften up enemy defenses before your team pushes. Place his special 'Mortar Block' in a safe, elevated position to create a powerful firebase. Remember to use the E.M.P. Mortar to counter heroes like Tony Turretto and their device-heavy strategies.
